Beef Barn Manure Storage

- Purpose: To provide a manure storage system and feed bunks with a newly-approved EPDM liner in an environmentally-sensitive area.
About this Project
Wieser Concrete was responsible for the shipment and installation of the entire system, which took 5 days overall. The components of the Pan-L-Bilt structure were shipped from our Maiden Rock, Portage, and Fond Du Lac facilities.
With the new NRCS requirements, Wieser has now designed a Pan-L-Bilt system with a secondary Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) liner. This new system can be installed in environmentally sensitive areas while ensuring 100% liquid tightness. When available, clay soil is also acceptable as the secondary liner to prevent waste leakage into the groundwater, however, there wasn’t adequate clay in the area.
