Learn more about our new Administrative Assistant, Nicole, in the Q&A below!

What’s your work experience prior to Wieser Concrete?

Helping other people has always been a passion in my life. I was formerly a CNA for about 2 years right out of high school. Growing up, I played a primary role in caring for my blind grandma and mentally disabled aunt. Working as a CNA always felt right, but after my grandma and aunt passed away, I needed a change. I started working in sales for about 2 years – specifically retail management. I discovered that interacting with others really brought me joy, but the crazy hours left little time for family and friends. This brought me to my current position at Wieser Concrete. Here I can interact and help customers at work but still make time for my loved ones at home (especially my babies – a.k.a. my doggies).

Any professional or educational achievements you’d like to include?

I graduated high school in 2016 and earned my CNA Licenses/Diploma in 2016.

What are you looking forward to as an employee of Wieser Concrete?

I am looking forward to being part of a great company. I have heard so many awesome things about Wieser Concrete and I am excited to see what Mark, Lori, Sarah, and even Chris have to teach me! I cannot wait to show them how grateful I am and how much I can learn.

Do you have any hobbies, if so would you mind sharing? Things you like to do for fun?

My life is taking care of and spoiling my babies (Dogs). They are my children! I take them on walks and play fetch almost every night when I get home. I also have a passion for photography. I originally planned to earn a degree in photography, but life had other plans for me. Even though I was not able to fully pursue my interest, I still hold a special place in my heart for it.

Family you’d like to share about?

I have a big family but I would say my number one support is my brother, Tyler. We may have a love-hate relationship, but when push comes to shove, I know he has my back. He may not always show it, but I know he loves me very much. Even though he lives 4 hours away, he is still my constant encourager. I am very lucky to have a brother like him.

Anything else fun and exciting you’d like to share?

I am just a typical girl trying to make a difference in the world. I want to help everyone see the bright side of life. Every day is a new day and we should make the best of it!
