Wieser Concrete manufactured and installed a precast concrete restroom building for the Butternut Area Park Association in Butternut, Wisconsin. Designed for campground and park visitors, the building provides a durable, low-maintenance restroom facility built for long-term use.
Restroom Building– Butternut Area Park by Wieser Concrete
The structure features 8-inch insulated precast wall panels with 2 inches of polystyrene insulation on the exterior walls to improve energy efficiency. Interior walls separating the utility room and restrooms were constructed using 6-inch solid precast concrete panels, while the restroom consist of 3½-inch solid concrete walls extending 6 feet high.
The exterior walls received a barn broom finish, stained brown and sealed for weather protection. Inside, the walls were left with a smooth gray concrete finish, allowing them to be painted at a later date.

Wieser Concrete supplied the precast components for the project, including the exterior wall panels and concrete walls separating the utility area from the restroom. From production in Maiden Rock to our installation team in Portage, this was a fast and easy installation built to reduce on-site labor.
The result is a durable, precast restroom building designed to serve park visitors for many years to come while offering the strength and low maintenance that precast concrete provides.
